Ladies Workout
The group gets together at 4pm at Sheeps Pond in Brewster (Fisherman’s Landing, off Route 124). For the swim they break into two groups (one novice, one advanced) and swim for a half-hour or so. Then it’s a 30-45-minute bike or run along the nearby Rail Trail. Once you’re on the contact list you’ll receive advance notice of the upcoming week’s plan.

Track Workouts:
Monomoy (Harwich) HS track. Try and show up by 6:15, run easy, and we'll get going at 6:30pm. Know your best recent race times when you arrive. Runners of all abilities are welcome to this specific and tailor made workout. A tip jar will be put out for Justin's efforts. Join for the full hour or any part of it. Quarter-mile swim, 10-mile bike, 5k run. Newcomers welcome. Meet at Brewster’s Long Pond Beach off Crowell’s Bog Road (north of Route 6 on Route 124). Suggested donation of $5 to help pay for the lifeguards
