He has been a member of the club for  10 years, served 2 years as Vice President and is currently serving his 2nd year as  President. Howard has a great passion for the club and is always looking to bring in  new  members. He was born and raised on the Cape and lives in Harwich with his wife  Tammy, they have three wonderful children.
