Sarah Newcomb is a personal trainer and race coach for triathlon as well as the individual disciplines of swimming, cycling and running. She coaches new and experienced individuals seeking to complete any type of athletic event from a 5K road race to the 70.3 Ironman distance, and focuses on speed, endurance/strength development, race distance increases, and overall performance. She works one-on-one, or with small groups. A former Division 1 college swimmer, Sarah competes at all triathlon distances from Sprint to Ironman. She has qualified for and competed at Ironman 70.3 Worlds and USAT Nationals, and has won USAT’s All-American designation. She is an AFAA and Group X personal trainer, and is a recent winner of the Massachusetts Swim Coach of the Year.
