What's A Wiki?

A Wiki is a shared knowledgebase in which topics can be created, edited and maintained by a community. Just like Wikipedia, you can create articles on all different topics, embed images, link to other articles within or external to the Wiki, and so on. Articles in the CCAC Wiki should be specific to running, fitness, exercise, multisport or related topics of interest to Cape Cod athletes. Articles can contain most of the basic html markup commands such as bold, italic, links, etc. but should consist mainly of Wikitext markup.

How Do I ...?

  • Create an article: Insert an internal link in an existing article and save the article. Then click on the new link and you'll be taken to a page to edit the new article.
  • Edit an article: Select the edit tab at the top of the page or the [edit] tag on the right side of the page. You must be registered and logged in in order to edit a page.
  • Learn more about Wikis and how to create articles: visit MediaWiki to get started.
