As of today, 16 September, there are 199 relay teams and 961 marathoners registered for the Cape Cod Marathon. The event is capped at 200 relay teams and 1200 marathoners and it is expected to fill the remaining slots quickly. On-line applications are no longer being accepted for the relay but if you get your application in the mail quickly, you can get the sole remaining slot or hop on the waiting list. There are several CCAC teams already registered so if you’re interested in running for the club but didn’t make a team, contact Bill Masterson to get on the “injury replacement” list.
