What a year!  Sean stuck to his training regimen much better this year,
now that he is an American citizen, and curtailed his pre-race excesses
that cost him in prior years, thus taking more than 4 minutes off his
time. Bill improved by 89 seconds over last year, Chris by 64 seconds,
and Amy ran about the same, despite another year of age and a leg injury
that had curtailed her training during February.
