A steady, drizzly rain, which eventually turned into snow, and raw conditions greeted 82 runners at the first Grand Prix race of the season. Joe Navas and Katie McCully took top individual honors over the hilly 3.5 mile course while the Team Challenge was dominated by the Nauset Regional HS Warriors in both the Men’s and Women’s divisions. YPD Blue, led by Shawn MacInnes, led the Mixed division. Campari’s Bistro supplied a warm fire, free beer (until it was completely exhausted), and an endless supply of pasta well into the afternoon.
